It is not easy for overweight people to lose weight and maintain it, but some seem to be pretty serious about their weight loss journey. Jonah Hill is definitely one of them. The talented actor started getting serious about weight loss back in 2011.
Though he did lose weight, he had to add back 40 lbs because of his role in War Dogs in 2015. And now, he is back to being slim and healthy. The smile on his face says a lot! He did have some celeb therapy in the form of good advice from his well-toned friends like Channing Tatum, though!
