Demi Lovato has waged a war against depression, eating disorder, and substance abuse all these years. The singer now looks fitter and better, owing to her controlled and strict diet and some routine workouts. She once had to check into a drug rehab center, too, because of her troubled past and mental turmoils. But Demi realized she had no other option but to fight back since her back was against the wall.
Taking the reins under her control, the twenty-five-year-old singer shed off an amazing twenty-five pounds. She did this with the help of a disciplined lifestyle and a healthy fitness program. She works six hours a week under the supervision of her trainer. Demi stresses the fact that eating clean has helped her to a great extent, in looking after her health and being fit and beautiful.
