Kelly Osbourne – Reverse Diet
When your entire family is always under the spotlight, you’re bound to feel pressured to look your best, lest you want to be scrutinized by the media with every move you make or look you pull off (no one wants that for sure!). Because of her famous parents, Kelly Osbourne was always used to the attention of the media.
But there was a point in her life where she didn’t look her best due to all the times where she partied wildly and without care. Thus, this habit of hers had a pretty bad effect on her, and eventually, Kelly packed on a couple of pounds. Tired of all the criticism she got for her figure, Kelly decided to try her luck with the reality show, Dancing With The Stars, and through that, Kelly’s body underwent a lot of change.
With constant practice for her dance routines and going for what is called a reverse diet (which is where one gradually increases their calorie intake in a set amount of time, thereby improving metabolism), Kelly lost 50 pounds and certainly got the media’s attention! She looks much healthier and more glowing these days and all the credit goes to her!
