Chris Evert Lloyd – 1954
Chris Evert Lloyd, age 65, is a former American tennis player earning various Grand Slam titles. She obtained her tennis prowess from her Father Jimmy Evert as early as five. No hard work will be left unrewarded with Evert as she gets multiple awards and recognitions from various associations and organizations including the “Women Athlete of the Year” award.
She was the first female athlete to be featured in a Sports Illustrated magazine as a “Sportswoman of the Year” in 1976. In a span of eight consecutive years, she became a former Women’s Tennis Association President starting from 1983 where she learned a lot about the sports and cultivated her experience into expertise. After she retired as an athlete from the tennis sports industry, she pursued a career as a commentator in ESPN. Out of her fortune, she has made an investment to establish her own line of tennis apparel.
