Randy Jackson – Gastric Bypass Surgery

Randall Darius Jackson is a singer, record producer, bass guitarist who rose to fame in the 1980s. The 64-year has been a bassist for numerous jazz, pop, rock, and R& B artists during his five-decade-long career. He has made numerous appearances on movies and TV shows including Dr. Vegas, Soul Men, American Idol Rewind, and The Jensen Project, to name a few.

Randy Jackson of American Idol fame, decided to take a shorter route to weight loss. He underwent gastric bypass surgery. No harm was done though, to each his own. It might not be possible for everyone to maintain a great diet and fitness routine. However, even with the surgery, Jackson has to take care of his diet and exercise otherwise he will gain back all of the weight! Now we wouldn’t want that since he looks dapper and healthy and we hope to see him this way for many more years to come!
