Tom, the star-chef who had appeared on MasterChef and Great British Menu has made inroads in the hearts with his remarkable recipes. In the midst of all the success, his weight seemed to be a worrying factor for him. That urged him to take up the cudgels and work towards a weight loss goal. He started improvising his diet, warding off all the fatty foods, and maintaining a healthy intake low in calories.
Doing off with his alcohol and all the carbs did wonder for him, and over a period of two and a half years, Tom shed off a whopping 168 pounds. The chef desired to implement a food program that stresses on meals with low calories that wouldn’t be dull and boring with the intention of changing people’s attitude and approach towards healthy eating.
