Simon Fuller – Est. $ 24 Million, Beverly Hills

This is the brand new home of the entrepreneur and creator of the American Idol series, Simon Fuller. He has got several hit TV shows to his credit as a creator and executive producer. This includes So You Think You Can Dance and other US and European TV shows. Besides that, he is also the manager of several celebrities, including David and Victoria Beckham, Annie Lennox, Claudia Schiffer, and The Spice Girls.

Fuller paid a staggering $24 million for the Bel Air mansion in June 2014. And we are sure this is certainly the house of choice for the rich and the famous. David Murdock, the billionaire chairman of the Dole Food Company, was the previous owner of this property.

However, not many details are available for the house. But it certainly looks like the last word on luxury. No wonder it costs over $25 Million.
