John Earl Madden was an American gridiron football coach and television commentator. He was a famous personality in National Football League (NFL) history. Apart from his many accomplishments in the NFL, Madden lent his name to several video games, Madden NFL, that went on to become a cultural sensation.

Shortly after his coaching stint ended, Madden lent his voice at the announcing booth. He worked arguably one of the best color analysts from 1979-2008 for all four major networks.

Before breathing his last, Madden lived with his family in Virginia Fields, Pleasanton. However, not much information is available on the property. But we know that for the fact that John would settle for nothing but the best. He died peacefully, in the place that he called his home!
