As was the case with almost all of his fellow service members, Arthur Russell followed the regulations to the letter. He had been in the military for some time. Because of the nature of his work, he has a very low tolerance for chaos, and his time spent there likely molded him in some way.
Despite the rigors of their training, the vast majority of military members emerge as compassionate, selfless, and humble people. Russell was not an exception to this rule.
