Linda Ronstadt – July 15, 1946
Linda took a hiatus from making music eight years back, but she still reigns supreme in our hearts. She enchanted us all with her fabulous singing skills and laid her hands on several awards.
Her awards include two American Music Awards, one Emmy, and more than nine Grammy Awards. Aside from that, she won a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and was inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame.
Ronstadt has had several collaborations in her career, the most prominent ones being with that of Dolly Parton, Frank Zappa, Neil Young, Bette Midler, and Paul Simon. Throughout her journey, she has churned out over 30 studio albums and made enough money to fill up her bank account. All of 73 now, she sure doesn’t look her age.
