Beverley Callard – Coronation Street – Age 63

Best recognized for being a notable fitness freak, Collard has played multiple, memorable roles. As Liz McDonald, she has done wonders to her role in the long-running soap – Coronation Street. Before that, she had played as Gail and Brian Tilsley’s friend, June Dewhurst in the series.

That’s not all! She’s renowned for her character Flo Henshaw in the British sitcom called Two Pints of Lager and Packet of Chips. In her 60s, she’s still fit and suggests how to be at their best health to many others.

While workouts are quite moderate for her, she’s more inclined towards keeping mentally stable and physically healthy. She released a few books and videos, including writing a fitness column in the Daily Mirror newspaper.
