Milano began her career at the tender age of seven, when her babysitter, without the knowledge of Milano’s parents, took her for an audition for the role of one of the four principal parts in a national touring company of Annie.

Milano, much to her surprise, was picked among 1,500 girls. Milano next went on to star in many television commercials and was part of Broadway productions, such as Jane Eyre.

Before being part of her breakthrough role in Charmed, she fueled her fitness passion and made many workout tapes in her bedroom with her friends. Her video Teen Steam catered to every girl who could let off some steam and get a break from the drama of high school lives.
