Tonya Harding – Now
However, her career started to spiral down when there were accusations of her attacking Nancy Kerrigan, her close competitor. Although the two skaters are admittedly friends, people kept pitting them against each other.
As a consequence, Harding was stripped off of her 1991 title and banned to compete. These years of hardships have resulted in Harding being wiser and stronger. Harding currently lives in Washington with her husband and son.
She remains the strong-willed, energetic woman she was years ago. She managed to stay healthy, flawless, and ageless. Her current lifestyle has brought her peace and fulfillment. In 2017, a biopic about her titled I, Tonya was released and received worldwide acclaim.
