Jennifer Hudson’s impressive weight loss transformation shocked all of her fans. She decided to focus on her weight loss seriously after she gave birth to her son. Jennifer’s lost a lot of weight during her Weight Watchers program. She religiously followed her program, with no excuses or tolerances. Weight Watchers provided her with a healthy way of reducing excess body fat. Throughout her program, she lost around 80 pounds and plans to keep the weight off. She loved how Weight Watchers is focusing on allowing you to have a full, healthy diet rather than the usual restrictive diets. This includes calorie counting, skipping meals, and others. She incorporated regular exercise and workout with her diet. During the program, she admitted that it was hard for her to hit the gym regularly. This led her to try walking at least 30 minutes every day. Jennifer claimed that walking felt a bit therapeutic for her. Eventually, she tried other activities such as jogging, playing sports, and bike riding. She also tried the trilogy workout, which is a 15-minute exercise consisting of both cardio and strength exercises.
